Murfreesboro’s dessert shops cluster on Medical Center Parkway around The Avenue and The Fountains, with more on Old Fort Parkway and Memorial Boulevard. Downtown, Hattie Jane’s Creamery and Simply Pure Sweets are both on North Church Street.

The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Murfreesboro’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 19, 2026. Most dessert chains’ store pages load only in a browser, and many small shops have no site, so we also searched the Tennessee Department of Health’s food inspection records and kept shops with a Murfreesboro inspection in the past 12 months; those rows say so.
