  • OFLOW, 115 N. Maple St.: this locally owned scratch bakery held a Mother’s Day High Tea Party on Saturday, May 10, 2025, with 90 minutes of tea service, fresh pastries and Mother’s Day sweet and savory bites, for $35 by reservation. It runs afternoon tea seatings through the year (two on Oct. 31, 2026, at 1 and 3 p.m.), so watch its events list for a Mother’s Day 2027 date.

Outings in May

  • Free Day in May at Oaklands Mansion: the historic house museum at 901 N. Maney Ave. opened its mansion and grounds free on Sunday, May 17, 2026. Check its events calendar for 2027. Self-guided mansion tours run Tuesday to Friday by reservation; see its hours and admission page.
